For over 9 years, I worked as an artist and tutor. The clients include Warner Bros, Roald Dahl Ltd, Disney and the BBC. I have organised summer workshops, lectures and sketch groups for students.

I work digitally and traditionally. I have extensive knowledge of all dry mediums, as well as ink, watercolour and acrylic.

Availability: I am available normal working hours as well as evenings and weekends.

Willing to travel: 15 miles

Experience: I have experience teaching students of all ages. (Including College and University).

Adults with addiction.

Adults with onset dementia.

I also have experience working with interns within the production industry.

My teaching approach -
First of all I converse with the student in order to understand their aims and interests.

Then we can see where we can go from there in terms of how we can approach that next step. I feel it is important to have a relationship in which we can gain steady progression without unnecessary pressures.

We then begin to lay the foundations of that approach.

There is no such thing as a bad or good drawing. There is only the drawing we have. In that truth is the steady progression.

The lessons will be relaxed yet will still have that effectiveness in learning.
