I am experienced qualified teacher of Mathematics with over 14 years of classroom teaching. I worked in mixed comprehensive state, selective gramma and an independent school, where I am still employed. Independent tutoring is something that I particularly enjoy as a maths tutor. It feels great when you can directly make a difference and create lesson plans around somebody’s individual needs. The impact on this progress is improved and results will be achieved.
I have experience of 11+ tuition as well as all year groups in secondary , from year 7 to year 13.
I am familiar with the new curriculum changes and can address the very lates maths exam requirements. I am constantly changing my resources to follow the current exam requirements. I am familiar with the exam misconceptions with all maths exam topics and could address and help you over come those by pointing them out in exam questions.
