I am a compassionate teacher who believes in using a child centric learning process to help students progress. I am an examiner for GCSE English language for WJEC and have examined for AQA. I consider myself a nurturing tutor and am quick to identify areas of strength and challenge and use these to facilitate learning.
I have worked with students who have lacked confidence over both short and long term periods, enabling to
improve their previous grades by two full grades.

Availability: All day on a Friday.
Saturday or Sunday mornings.
Some evenings from 6pm.

Experience: 13 years teaching - 8 years in Secondary, 1 year as a LSA for an autistic student in Year 5 and the last 3 years as a one to one English tutor at two successful Doncaster secondary schools.
Taught 3 students privately on a weekly basis and during holidays in preparation for GCSE exams and currently for entry in Year 7.
Examiner for both AQA and WJEC since 2005 in GCSE English Language.
