Information about Jenny
I am qualified to teach Maths GCSE (Higher Tier) having completed "Teacher Subject Specific Training" in 2019.
I am also an experienced and motivated teacher having worked in the UK state system, teaching Geography and Business Studies at GCSE, BTEC Level 1, 2 and 3 and A Level.
I am familiar with current UK GCSE and A`Level specifications.
Availability: I can work both online or in person within Bristol. I am available to work weekday mornings, afternoons and evening.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I worked in the UK state system as Head of Business 2018-2019 and as a Teacher of Business leading the BTEC Level 2 and 3 courses between 2006-2018.
I have also worked within the state system teaching geography. This is the subject I initially qualified to teach in 1989. I have a BA Joint Honurs degree in Geography and Anthropology from Durham University.
As well as Geography and Business I am now qualified to teach Maths GCSE having completed a University of Plymouth TSST in 2018-2019 achieving a distinction.
