Hello. I am a friendly, experienced teacher, with extensive experience in KS2. I am happy to tutor English (reading, writing or SPAG) and Maths.

My particular strengths lie in breaking down more difficult concepts into managable chunks of learning. I believe in teaching deeper understanding and providing children with skills they can transfer to other areas of their learning.

Whether your child is struggling with particular concepts; aiming to stay ahead of the game or simply needs some quality one-to-one time to help boost their confidence, I’m here to help.

I offer online sessions for £20 per hour via Zoom or £22 face to face.

Experience: I have been teaching in KS2 for over 15 years. I am still very passionate about equipping children with the understanding and confidence they need to become successful, lifelong learners.

I am very up to date with current practise and the levels expected of learners by our current Government.

For the past 6 years, I have been teaching in Year 6 and I am currently a marker for the KS2 SATs tests.
