Information about Shellisha

At HEAH: Open Routes for All Learners CIC, we provide a nurturing, trauma-informed and coaching-led approach to education. Based in Anerley (SE20) and online, we support children and young people aged 8–16 who thrive in smaller, flexible learning environments.

Our tutors deliver a broad curriculum, including:
• Academic support – English, maths, Functional Skills preparation, study skills
• Creative learning – Arts Award (Discover to Gold), poetry, media, design
• Wellbeing & confidence – emotional literacy, mentoring, physical fitness

Every learner has a personalised plan, works in small groups (maximum 6), and can achieve nationally recognised AQA Unit Awards and Arts Awards.

We are committed to helping learners build confidence, independence and a love of learning, whether for short-term support, re-engagement, or longer-term pathways.
