I am a student who is starting their University experience to read Psychology (BSc) in hopes of becoming a Clinical Psychologist. I have received offers from Leicester, King`s College London, Southampton, Queen Mary and Nottingham. I am a student at Forest School in Snaresbrook, London where I am studying Biology, Chemistry and Philosophy as well as an EPQ. Furthermore, at GCSE Level I was awarded 4 A.8`s and 3 A/7`s and 1 B/6 as well as a B in HPQ.

I think it is important for a tutor to have excellent communication skills something I know I have learnt through my own experience and have developed since I have started, therefore tutoring for me has been very beneficial to my character as it has also built my confidence and independence - which both my colleagues and family have commented on. Working with pupils of various ages I have found it is easy to relate to them and even with various personalities we have always found common ground which I think is very important to have in a session.

My interests include: Netball, Cooking, Baking, Athletics, Film and Fashion and I think it is important to keep up to date with Current Affairs.

Experience: I have been working at Explore Learning since June 2019.
There I have tutored students (ranging between 4 - 14 years old) in groups of 2 - 6 in Maths, English and Phonics.
I have also taught my own group of 6 in preparation for their 11+ Examination with subjects ranging within Maths, English, Non-verbal and Verbal Reasoning (this has been done in centre and online).
Furthermore, I have tutored two students privately for Maths and English as well as mentoring them to help with confidence particularly for starting a new school and preparing them for a new environment.
