Experience: Experienced tutor and previous roles as Head of Chemistry. Most recently responsible as a School`s Improvement Director in a large, OFSTED `Outstanding` school and Sixth Form. Long-standing sixth form tutor with considerable experience of science teaching Y7-Y13 across the spectrum of abilities. Additionally; active role in coaching students for university applications in all disciplines.
Examiner experience in A-level Chemistry.
Teaching at GCSE sciences and maths, and A Level Chemistry and Biology.

Gavin has been tutoring my son for several months now in A level Chemistry and he has really helped him improve both his confidence and his grades. The lessons are well-prepared in advance and tailored to topics that my son needs help in. I highly recommend Gavin!
