I am a highly motivated doctor who trained at University College London (UCL) medical school. As a tutor, I like to focus on identifying and eliminating weakness by focusing on them until they become a student`s strength, building up the students confidence in the process. In addition, I believe the correct exam technique can bolster a student`s performance immensely, therefore my style of teaching will focus on improving the exam technique of the student.

I worked for Kaplan for six years where I enjoyed tutoring prospective medical students how to pass the UCAT and BMAT the two entrance tests for UK medical schools. My students have gone on to receive offers from some of the UKs most prestigious medical schools such as Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Imperial and Kings College London.

I gained entry into Wilmington Grammar School for Boy from years 7-11, after having passed the Kent, Bexley and Eltham College eleven plus entrance examinations. Here I managed to obtain 8A* and 2As in my GCSEs including A*s in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths. For my A-levels I was successful in gaining a place at Newstead Wood School where I achieved all A* grades in my A-levels of Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology. This shows I have an in-depth understanding of these essential subjects and I have the ability to teach to students since I teach for Kaplan.

As a medical student I have passed further entrance tests and interviews to get into university and would be more than happy to give advice on preparing for interviews.
