I offer tuition for GCSE English language and literature and A level literature. I am an experienced tutor, able to provide skilled subject knowledge and an understanding of what exam boards are looking for to help students achieve their potential. Friendly and approachable, I always aim to boost confidence along with targeting the specific needs of each student. I work face to face or online.
Availability: Monday to Friday, some weekend availability

Ros supported my son through tutoring during year 11 for English as he headed toward exams. Ros really helped him a great deal, sent work by email that they had done in sessions so he had it to refer too. His confidence and knowledge really built with the one on one tutoring sessions from Ros.

Going into his final year our sons grades are not looking good. Contacted Ros who managed to fit us in, we have only had two lessons so far with her but these will continue in the next academic year. Ros understood our son, reassured him in his work, and followed up on his work. We feel lucky to have found a teacher that can help our son articulate himself, helping him to progress in the coming year. Many thanks Ros !
