Hello! 👋; I`m Sarah - an enthusiastic, understanding and articulate tutor who enjoys helping others to learn, be curious and reach their highest potential.

I offer 1-to-1 comprehensive online GCSE Maths tuition and homework, personalised for you. After assessing your areas of need, I design a thorough weekly plan based on the AQA syllabus that will train you to use maths confidently and feel ready for exams!

Lessons consist of warm-up questions (to develop your essential maths skills), a teaching segment (to break down those tricky topics) and example questions (to practice what you`ve learnt)! Homework and feedback is also provided each week.

The sessions are very friendly and interactive, so try your best to engage and ask questions. They are paced based on your ability, so questions are selected in real-time and we only move on when you`re ready. I look forward to meeting you!

Experience: I have over 2 years of experience in tutoring maths and a first-class BSc degree in Medical Sciences from the University of Leeds, which has only deepened my interest in STEM subjects. My time as a teaching assistant has also given me plenty of experience in 1-to-1 support, explaining topics in different ways, connecting with students and adapting lessons to individual needs.
