I am a principal examiner, moderator, examiner and visiting trainer for UK examination boards. I taught A level and GCSE Business Studies at a sixth form college for 15 years. I have taught business, economics and finance on an international business university foundation programme for 7 years. As principal examiner for Edexcel, I write exam papers and mark schemes, for both AS and A2 Business.
Having a thorough knowledge for the examination process, my lessons focus on exam technique as well as content to ensure student success.

Availability: Mon Tue Wed and Friday day time 7am-6pm
Evenings if necessary.

Experience: After graduating at university I spent many years working in industry. I started teaching in a sixth form college over twenty years ago tutoring GCSE and A level business. More recently I have taught Business Economics and Finance to undergraduates based at the University of Central Lancashire.
I write exam papers and mark schemes for a UK examination board. I mark examination papers for two other examination boards.
I pride myself at being thorough and organised, and I provide excellent resources to my students to compliment their learning. I make the learning fun and engaging and always extract the full potential from all my learners. During my teaching career, my students have achieved excellent results and value added scores.
