Information about Oreoluwa
I`m currently a 4th year Medical Student at I[contact detail removed]l was a big step up from A-levels but it has been one of the best experiences of my life. Outside academics, I enjoy being apart of my universities Gospel Choir, Afro-Carribean and Drama Societies. I love learning about the human body and look forward to the opportunity to use this knowledge to help patients in the future. Having been through A-levels and GCSEs I understand the stress a lot of students are in and want to share the revision techniques and resources Ive developed during Medical School with you!
The first session I will establish how you like to learn, what your hope to achieve and what your expectations are of me as your tutor. I always aim to tailor my tutoring style to my students abilities, learning style and goals. My 2-step teaching style involves first reviewing the content then attempting exam-style questions which helps improve both retention of knowledge and exam technique. I believe this helps cement a good foundation of knowledge which enables my students to be exam ready. Lastly, I always endeavour to make my sessions as engaging as possible for my students!
Availability: Please contact for availability - mainly available evenings and weekends
Willing to travel: 50 miles
Experience: I have a range of tutoring experiences over the years. Most relevant are the following, from which I have helped students to achieve their full potential:
75+ hours of Private 1-to-1 Tuition for Chemistry, Biology and Maths GCSE on online tutoring platforms. I find tutoring to be incredibly rewarding and have really enjoyed watching my students excel at their academic work.
Volunteering as an Interviewer for an MMI Intensive weekend where I ran a mock MMI station and offered extensive feedback to year 12 and 13 students aspiring to study medicine.
Provided Anatomy Tutorials to Younger Medical students who were Resitting University Examinations.
