Hi, I`m Dr. Gea, and I have been working in the psychology field for the past 15 years. With a Master`s degree in Organizational Psychology and a PhD in Charismatic Leadership, I have a strong academic background that is complemented by my extensive tutoring experience. I have worked with students of all ages, as well as adults, and have tutored in a range of subjects, with a particular focus on HR and psychology, leadership, mastery, and self-presentation skills.

My tutoring background is international. I am a CPD-qualified coach by The Coaching Academy in London and a qualified Wayfinding tutor by One Stone based in the USA. i also work in the field as an HR & Talent consultant. I believe that a good balance of academic background and practical experience is key to being an effective tutor and coach.

In addition to my tutoring work, I helped to build an online platform for homeschoolers based in the USA, which has given me a unique perspective on the needs and challenges of remote learning. My approach is dynamic and enthusiastic, and I enjoy supporting students in building solid foundations for their future academic and business adventures.

I take my responsibility as a tutor very seriously and have an enhanced DBS which ensures that my clients feel safe and secure under my care. I believe that education is a lifelong journey, and I am committed to helping my students succeed in every step of their learning journey.
