I am a responsible and caring tutor who believes strongly in education. I will not only support you with the content of the course, but also the skills required in order to succeed in the exam. I am an approachable tutor and have skills in differentiating my style to fit you as an individual.

At GCSE I gained 8As (including Maths, English Literature and Language and Double Science) and 3BS. At A-Level I gained 2As (Psychology and English Literature and Language) and a B (Business), plus an AS in Maths, so have a trustworthy background in supporting you to achieve. I also understand the importance of time management and organisation in order to succeed, having completed my PGCE while teaching an 80% timetable plus a Masters over two years while teaching full-time. During my teaching practice, I have held both pastoral and curriculum teaching and learning positions.

Whilst in my first year as a Head of Department (2017-2018) my A-Level students gained 100% A-B grades while the GCSE classes achieved a 96% A*-C pass rate. I now teach Business and Economics at a grammar school (having previously taught maths too) and have 11 years teaching experience.

Experience: I have taught Business and Economics for just under 12 years, from a range of examination boards. I have taught maths for most of these years to both key stage three and key stage four students.
