Information about Sue
I enjoy passing on my enthusiasm for the subject to students and finding out the best ways to help each individual master biological concepts.
I am currently only doing on line tuition but will endeavour to meet prospective students and parents face to face initially. I will use this session to assess learning preferences and provide some learning materials -it will in effect be the first ‘free’ session.
Availability: Flexible and open to negotiation

Experience: I have over 30 years experience teaching GCSE and A level Biology in secondary school, Sixth form College and independent schools. I have also been an examiner and question setter. I have done one to one tuition throughout my career.

Sue is a very knowledgeable tutor, she has been teaching my daughter a few years back who’s received A* in biology, now she’s tutoring my other daughter and she found her very easy to get along with and extremely helpful with A level biology. I highly recommend her.

Sue is an excellent tutor. It felt clear to me that she had taken the time to work out the way of teaching that most suited me and therefore allowed me to make the best progress possible. The wide range of resources she used alongside doing past exam questions that meant that my knowledge and confidence in answering questions grew to more than I had ever expected. As well as this, Sue is a very approachable and encouraging person that I really enjoyed working with.
