I have over 11 years secondary teaching and tutoring experience. I am currently Assistant Headteacher in charge or all teaching and learning but my experience includes being Head of English for 3 years, during which time my department were responsible for the best results in the school. English teaching is my passion and I love nothing more than encouraging students to achieve to their fullest potential.
Many pupils lack not the ability, but the confidence to succeed and do well within English based subjects.
I have the experience to help those pupils re-gain confidence in their own work, to help them achieve their desired grades.

It`s only been a few weeks but i am very impressed with Sara`s attitude, experience and skills. As a secondary school teacher she knows exactly what my son needs to get through his GCSEs. She`s very enthusiastic and it seems to have a positive impact on my son`s attitude in class. I would definitly Sara to anyone.

My daughter (who is also called Sarah) at the end of Year 10 mock exams only achieved a Grade 1 in English Language and a Grade 3 in English Literature. She started seeing Sara at the end of July. Sara is a lovely lady and my daughter`s confidence in English has really grown. I have just had Sarah`s Year 11 school report and her grades have jumped to 6 in both English Language and English Literature. Thank you for all your help so far. Can highly recommend.
