I am a 4th year Medical student at UCL. To get to where I am, I`ve had to work very hard at subjects which a lot of people find difficult. In this process, I managed to understand each subject to a clear extent and feel comfortable enough to teach others and help them achieve their goals. I achieved A*, A*, A, A for my A-levels.

Availability: Available most days, working around my university timetable.

Experience: My experience of teaching over the past two years has allowed me to develop a very interactive and exhilarating method of teaching. This was further enhanced by way of being given the opportunity to be a teaching assistant for younger primary schools students at Downshall Primary School for 6 months. In addition to this, I have been privately teaching students for 2 years and so have obtained the experience of dealing with both large groups and smaller concentrated groups of students across all ages.

The experience also allowed me to explore both traditional methods of teaching via text books but also modernised methods such as powerpoint slides which have enabled my students to enjoy their learning.

I believe that the best way of teaching is by positive reinforcement which will encourage children to progress even when making mistakes. This has allowed my past pupils to achieve their goals and meet their utmost potential.
