I am an experienced secondary school teacher with over 12 years of classroom teaching experience. I currently serve as Head of History and Politics and am also Head of Geography at my school. Alongside my full-time teaching role, I have been providing private tuition for the past eight years, helping students achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their studies.

I have extensive experience teaching students from Year 7 through to Year 13, including GCSE and A-Level courses. Throughout my career, I have worked with learners of all abilities and backgrounds, including Gifted and Talented students, those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and students for whom English is an Additional Language (EAL). This has enabled me to develop a flexible and personalised approach to teaching that meets the needs of every learner.

Availability: I am available all weekday evenings for 1-2 hours and on weekend mornings for up to four hours. Of course, if you want to hire me for extended periods (eg half-term) I will be willing to negotiate a lower price.

Willing to travel: 30 miles

Experience: I have experience teaching and tutoring students of all abilities in History from Y7-Y13.

Moreover, I have experience with almost every exam board, including OCR, Cambridge IGCSE, AQA and Edexcel.
