I am currently a primary school teacher in Dorset with a specialism in Maths. I am a creative, calm and professional individual who is committed to delivering accessible, but challenging, lessons to help children feel confident with their learning.

I graduated in 2016 with a degree in Textile Design at Falmouth University. I then studied my PGCE through the University of Winchester before going straight into teaching.

Availability: Tuesday- from 6pm
Wednesday- from 6pm
Thursday- from 4.30pm
Friday- from 4.30pm

Weekends not available unless requested.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I currently teach year 2, however I have experience across the school in many year groups. I currently tutor Year 6 children for reading practise for their SATS.

I also have experience with SEN children and have tailored work to meet targets or their needs, which I would be happy to do if required.

I am currently working as a maths lead for a new approach within the school looking at fluency. Also, I studying the mastery for maths approach through the Jurassic Maths Hub. I am really conscious that with the right steps, that all children can make good progress with their maths.

As a primary teacher, we are required to be able to teach all subjects and therefore I am available to teach Maths, English and Reading.

I also have prior experience as a nanny in Chelsea and Kensington where I was required to tutor in the evenings with their homework.
