I have been in teaching profession for 20 years. I am aware of new developments in science curriculum and assessment structure. I am a firm believer in fact that students have different learning styles and a teacher should cater for this. Progress is essential so I track it against target grades. I make good use of formative and summative assessment to check learning. Reflect and correct is an essential component of my teaching.
