I offer 30-minute, or 1-hour lessons, where we will learn or review concepts, work through exam questions and develop learning and revision strategies.

My style of teaching is very organic. I can plan lessons based on your needs or guide the learning process if you’re unsure. We will identify what you’re struggling with and work on these areas to feel confident during the exam period. I will also work with you to identify what learning styles suit you best, so you can learn most effectively.

I did my GCSEs in 2017 and my A Levels in 2019. The exams I did were the following:

A levels:
- Maths: Pearson Edexcel GCE
- Further Maths: Pearson Edexcel GCE (Core Pure Mathematics 1&2, Further Mechanics 1, Further Statistics 1)
- Chemistry: AQA
- Physics: AQA (turning points)

GCSEs:
- Maths (higher): Pearson Edexcel GCE
- Further maths: AQA
- Chemistry: AQA
- Physics: AQA

I was examined on the previous specification for GCSEs chemistry, physics and further maths, but I have taught the new specification. The remaining subjects I was examined on the current specification.

Now, I have graduated with a first from Imperial College London with a Materials Science and Engineering Masters Degree. Materials is a subject you may not have heard of, but it is an interdisciplinary subject, meaning I studied research-level chemistry and physics during my degree (plus a lot of math). This gives me a high-level understanding of what you learn in GCSE and A levels, which comes in useful when explaining concepts in detail.
