I`m a third-year Mathematics and Physics student at the University of Warwick. I recently achieved A*s and A`s in my A levels and am therefore very familiar with the course specification. I will be able to teach you the correct exam techniques needed to achieve the top grades. I chose to study Mathematics and Physics as I enjoy tackling difficult problems and love discovering all the unique complexities that both Mathematics and Physics have to offer. I find it interesting how both subjects can be used to describe the world around us and how even a block on a slope when you look in detail can become a very complex problem.
As I have just recently left school, I will be able to relate to you as a student and have more relevant experience and advice having completed exams just months ago.
I am friendly and approachable and my tutoring sessions will be a judgment-free zone so that you as the student can feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as these are all key parts of making progress. During my sessions, we will cover sections of the content the student is struggling with and run through practice exam questions to ensure they can apply what they have learned in an exam-style setting. I will avoid using unnecessary complex terms to avoid confusion and allow you to understand what is being presented.

Experience: During my time at secondary school i was part of a tutoring and mentoring scheme called Franklin Scholars. I helped year 7 students who the school had identified as having a difficult transition into secondary school life.I helped tutor them in both Mathematics and English and was also there if they required any emotional support. Having taken the GCSE and A level exams recently i can to relate to the feeling that students may have when trying to learn difficult concepts and the pressure that comes along with that. Whether it is a boots in confidence that is needed or an insight into a difficult concept i will be able to help you through it.
