I have a solid academic background and have recently gained a First Class Honours degree in Accountancy & Finance from Newcastle University. Using a personable and approachable tone in my tutoring, I aim to make others feel at ease and find a common ground for collective understanding. My logical way of thinking ensures a step-by-step approach and tackles problems as they arise.

I am currently working in M&A where I have recently taken technical training in the corporate finance space. Additional hands on experience in deals has also provided assistance to students in helping visualise the commercial reality of principals learnt in class.

I can provide excellent support to anyone studying towards their Accountancy A-level / levels included in the AAT qualification.

Having completed a year placement with a Big4 firm, I am able to assist students in visualising the commercial aspect of accounting, something which cemented my own understanding and most definitely contributed to overall degree performance.

My degree has also given me various exemptions from the CIMA / ACCA / ICAEW / CIPFA / ICAS / AIA qualifications. If you are studying with any of these institutions and struggling with specific modules, I can also be of assistance.
