I am a 30 year-old native Spanish private tutor with a degree in Human Resource Management and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
I love teaching and my lessons are practical and interactive always according to what makes my student comfortable.
I believe that interaction and working together is the best way to learn a language and to be successful.

Availability: I am available Monday to Friday in the evenings and weekends all day.

Experience: I am a Level 3 Award in Education and Teaching (PTLLS) and I am also Degree qualified in Human Resource Management & Law.
At the moment I am teaching students with different levels of understanding of the Spanish language and different ages. One has an advanced level so our focus has been on improving her grammar and vocabulary and perfecting her conversational Spanish. The other student had no knowledge of the language at all when we first met and therefore we have focused on basic grammar, vocabulary and day-to-day conversations.
I believe I can identify a student´s needs and tailor my lessons to their individual requirements.
I moved to the UK in April 2012 and started work as an au pair for a family based in Stroud where one of my responsibilities was to teach Spanish to their two-year old daughter. I currently combine working in an office with part-time evening and weekend teaching.
One of my biggest achievements was helping an extremely nervous GCSE student to overcome her lack of confidence when it came to speaking Spanish in particular. Prior to our lessons she had performed poorly in her mock exams but through regular sessions over a number of months she was awarded a pass mark in her oral exam and A* grades in Writing and Grammar.
I also helped prepare another student for a period of travelling in Spain by meeting with him twice a week for two months where our focus was on improving his conversational Spanish.
