I`m an experienced and dedicated tutor and I have taught students at both GCSE and A-Level. Since I really enjoy working alongside students and helping them make progress, my students have reported high levels of satisfaction after tuition sessions.
I completed my PGCE (teacher training qualification) in Primary Education with a Maths Specialism at the University of Warwick.
When I was at school, I always made it a point to try and clarify any doubts I had in lessons, no matter how many times I had to raise my hand! I`m always happy to answer questions that tutees have and to go over a new concept in different ways until he or she is satisfied with it.
Availability: I`m quite flexible with regards to availability - get in touch and we`ll work out a mutually convenient time for our sessions.
I`m very happy to tutor online if that works for students.

Experience: I have experienced both working as a private tutor as well as teaching in schools in London. During the months of September and October 2012, I worked as a full-time tutor and mentor at the Lammas School and Sports College. I also volunteered as a mentor during the 2011-2012 year at the Pimlico Academy through the Young Educational Learning Programme. During the 2009-2010 academic year I volunteered as a maths tutor at a boys` comprehensive school (Henry Compton School) through the Pimlico Connection Programme.

Roshan has been coming to my home since 2016 tutoring my 3 children at various times covering Maths, Spanish and Biology. All of my children found her tutoring approach relaxed and found her explanations of difficult concepts easy to understand. She always goes the extra mile sending material that she felt the children would find useful. All of my children achieved the highest possible grades in their GCSEs in the subjects that she tutored them.

Roshan is an excellent tutor. We used her for teaching GCSE biology to our son. His results were outstanding and he owes a lot to Roshan’s approach in helping him with his revision. She was always well prepared for the lessons, brought additional resources such as flash cards, past test papers etc to facilitate the revision and exam preparation. She even helped our son with his maths exam preparation even though he was not getting any tuition from her for maths. Roshan is really meticulous and easy to work with and has a lot of patience. Would highly recommend her.
