Hello! My name`s Adina. I`m a qualified English and Law teacher. I completed my Law degree at the University of Manchester, graduating with a 2.1 Honours degree before going on to do my teaching qualification, where I achieved the highest possible grade in my qualification.

I have taught at secondary schools in Merseyside, Greater Manchester and also in Norway. I have a 100% pass rate, with my pupils achieving at or above their target grade.

I have tutored pupils in Key Stage 3, pupils sitting their GCSEs for the first time, as well as pupils who are re-sitting a qualification. I`m happy to work with students who require catch up or extra lessons due to the disruption caused by Covid-19.

Availability: I conduct tuition sessions on the weekends.

Experience: I have taught all years groups at secondary level and have excellent knowledge of the English curriculum, as well as the AQA and EDUQAS exam specification. I have been an examiner for AQA and have attended workshops with senior examiners so understand how pupils can achieve the best possible marks in both English Language and English Literature.

I have also taught GCSE Law and have mentored pupils wishing to study a law degree - I am more than happy to help with any inquiries relating to doing a law degree!

The needs of the pupils come first - I always begin by asking my pupils how confident they feel about the syllabus and what they believe to be their strengths and weaknesses. I then systematically go through the content, focusing particularly on what my pupil is struggling with the most and help them to gain the confidence necessary to succeed.
