I am a qualified Mathematics teacher with a degree in Pure Mathematics and a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics from the University of Sussex.

I have experience teaching maths both one-to-one and in the classroom, and I`m comfortable with every topic in GCSE and A level maths. I can help at any level, but I specialise in giving students that extra push to achieve top grades including grade 9 or A*.

Alongside maths, I have years of experience teaching guitar and accordion, working with adults and children across various styles and skill levels. Teaching in a wide range of settings has given me a student-led approach to tutoring, adapting my teaching style to your individual learning style, using the most effective techniques for each student.

Some will want to master the fundamentals, while others are looking to stretch their conceptual understanding, some just want to fill in the gaps in their knowledge for their exam, whatever your personal goals, I am happy to tailor my lessons to focus on helping you achieve them.

Music: I`ve taught one on one guitar lessons for the past 5 years both in person and online. Whether you`re a beginner or more experienced, I strive to unlock your full potential and help you discover your unique sound. My background in teaching mathematics has given me a great insight and understanding into music theory and how students learn.

I have recorded and released an album, worked in several studios, organised live events, and performed at venues including The Komedia and Brighton Pride. My influences span Brit-pop, rock, jazz, blues, and folk music from around the world. This diverse background has shaped me into a well rounded musician with a strong sense of musicianship and understanding of each instrument`s place within a band or a particular song.
