Experience: I am currently in the sixth year of my teaching career at one of the best schools in the country. Thus far, I have gained invaluable experience working with an outstanding department and have sought every opportunity to develop my teaching and learning through AQA training courses. My current role entails delivering KS3-KS4 Language and Literature lessons, planning and development of schemes of work for KS4, marking and creating assessment material and delivery of afterschool and additional 1:1 additional support tutorials. I have recently delivered a CPD to all staff in school to improve Literacy Across the Curriculum. My role extends to mentoring. Outstanding lesson planning and delivery of KS3-4 curriculum has lead me to deliver four years of successful results, in each case, exceeding my targets.
