Bonjour / Hola / Hello! I’m Sylvia, a qualified tutor offering English, French, and Spanish lessons for adults. Whether you want to improve Business English/French, practise conversation, or learn a new language for travel, I design lessons that are practical, engaging, and focused on your goals. As a multilingual professional, I understand the challenges of learning a new language and will support you step by step to build fluency and confidence.

Experience: I am a highly experienced and qualified language tutor with over 18 years of teaching English, French, and Spanish. I hold QTS and a Master’s degree in French, as well as CELTA certification for English teaching.

I teach learners of all ages: from KS2 and KS3 students to GCSE exam preparation (AQA and Edexcel), as well as adults looking to improve conversational skills, Business English/French, or Spanish for travel.

My lessons are engaging, well-structured, and always adapted to individual needs. I use a wide range of resources, including Sentence Builders and CGP Revision Hub, to make learning interactive and effective. I am proud of my students’ excellent GCSE results and of the confidence my adult learners gain in real-life communication.
