I am a Spanish Visual Artist with a Degree in Audio-visual Communication, Philosophy and I have just finished an M.A. in Artists’ Film & Moving Image at Goldsmiths University of London. I have been working as an Independent Visual Artist for the last 10 years, being photography, video, writing, and installation my main tools of work. During these years, I have shown my work in prestigious contemporary art centres, galleries, film and photography festivals; I have obtained awards, grants, and fellowships thanks to my art practice; and I carried out artist residencies all around the world. In addition, I also have teaching experience as a tutor and lecturer in schools, universities and other education and art institutions.

For all mentioned, I can confirm I have a good knowledge of contemporary art but, likewise, I am really interested and passionate about the Humanities and Languages, especially Spanish, which is my mother tongue. Therefore, I can be an excellent, enthusiastic, responsible and creative Spanish Tutor to students from all levels and ages. Likewise, I can provide a wide Spanish culture knowledge; from History, Literature and Arts to folklore, traditions or lifestyle, amongst others. This intersection between creativity, thinking, and culture, provides me a great versatility as a tutor, being able to offer either a high culture conversation or a more playful but didactic contribution.

Despite I don’t have long-term experience as a Tutor yet, I have a strong and outstanding professional experience on the subjects I am offering and, what is even more important, I am full of energy to improve myself within this field in order to give my best to my students.
