Information about Ralph
I am a Head of Mathematics at a local school and have 13yrs teaching experience. I have been regularly graded as `outstanding` by OFSTED during school inspections and am a Group Lead for the NNW Maths HUB of NCETM (National Centre for the Excellence in Teaching of Mathematics).
I enjoy my job and get great satisfactions from helping pupils to understand Mathematics properly. This includes those pupils that have a fear of Mathematics as well as those that have a natural talent for it.
My experiences within my own classroom have shaped a teaching style, enjoyed by my pupils, that is efficient in developing Mathematical confidence. With increased Mathematical confidence each pupil is then able to benefit more from each learning opportunity.
A freindly demeanour has helped me to unlock the potential of many Maths students and hopefully many more in the future.
Availability: I`m available to tutor on Weekday Evenings.
