Hola My name is Helen and I have been a teacher for many years. I started my career here in England and then moved to Madrid for several years. It was here in Madrid, where I learned my Spanish. When I arrived in Madrid I had NO Spanish at all, but I did have a phrase book, which I carried around with me for the first 6 months! I too went to classes to learn Spanish so I know how it feels to be an adult learner!
I have been teaching Spanish in schools for several years and have been teaching adults for nearly 2 years. I can honestly say I love it! I love meeting new people and I love to see their
confidence grow and grow over the weeks

Availability: I am available at various time during the working week. Mainly in the afternoons.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I am a teacher of many years experience - more than I care to admit. I learned my Spanish when I went to live in Madrid several years ago. I gave up my primary class teacher role in order to follow my love of Spanish and now teach Spanish in two primary schools. I also teach Spanish to adults now and have done for the past two years and I love it.
