Information about Sarah
I have a very straightforward approach to teaching and one of my strong points is being able to tailor my teaching style to the individual. I have a lot of patience for young people and I am able to build a rapport with them and most of all build their confidence in mathematics.
Availability: Monday - Wednesday: All day
Thursday - Friday: After 4pm.
Saturday: 9am - 11am
Willing to travel: 3 miles
Experience: I became a qualified teacher in 2011 and since then I have taught across all the key stages and also held senior titles within my department of second in charge and most recently head of maths. I have also mentored new teachers to pass their training year and secure jobs. Being an Edexcel examiner has also been a powerful tool as I am very conversant with mark schemes and what is expected from students to gain marks.

Sarah is always punctual and well prepared. She knows the curriculum very well and is able to give guidance on exactly what the GCSE examiners are looking for, which is great! Glad we found her!
