Mandy

I am an experience teacher of both Sociology and English, as both an additional language and as an academic subject. I have more than fifteen years experience of teaching in secondary schools and colleges. I have considerable experience of tutoring in the local area. I particularly enjoy enabling a student to attain higher grades and seeing their confidence and enjoyment of the subject increase as a result.

My experience as an examiner has allowed me to help students really understand what it takes to do well and then help them to practise producing that.

Availability: Most days, evenings and weekends.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: Qualified teacher with over fifteen years` experience, plus exam marking and tutoring experience.
