I am a first year medical student who is passionate about helping other students wanting to pursue Medicine make a strong application!

There are so many factors that go into a medical school application, these include pursuing the right balance of work experience, choosing the right university to apply to and preparing for the relevant aptitude tests (UKCAT/BMAT/GAMSAT) in the most effective way, preparing an effective personal statement and performing well in the interview.

There are so many capable students every year who against all expectations are unsuccessful in achieving an offer from any of their medical school choices. This is because of the many important and yet easily dismissed considerations in putting forward a strong application. This includes choosing the universities that value what the strongest aspect of your application is or disregard what may be a potential weakness. Every medical school has a unique selection process that makes all the difference in an applicant`s success. This is why two students with the same grades end up with different outcomes from the same university. There is an overload of contradictive information (online/word of mouth) regarding this topic. Getting help from students who have been through it all with success is a very reliable shortcut as they have done the work of acquiring the best advice/information/tips from admission tutors, experts and senior medical students as well as experiencing it first-hand. It is a big shame to get the difficult-to-achieve grades but miss out on an offer because of mistakes that could be avoided!

I am eager to help capable students succeed in one of the most competitive courses to get into and share my knowledge and experience to ensure they fulfil their potential.

Availability: Everyday - 12pm-8pm

Experience: I am very passionate about teaching and have a longer than usual history of experience in teaching starting with tutoring my little sister from a young age. This grew my skills and interest for this role, leading to its continuation throughout my academic journey to this day.
