I am a Teacher of English by trade with QTS- I have been teaching for 7+ years and have an English and Media background from my undergrad degree many moons ago. I completed my PGCE in 2015 and have since completed a Masters at UCL whilst teaching KS3, GCSE Lit and Lang and A Level English Lit at an all-through academy.

I am of course also DBS checked!

I have an abundance of resources geared towards the AQA exam board covering the Power and Conflict poetry cluster, English Language papers 1 and 2 and literature resources covering Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, An Inspector Calls, The Sign of the Four, and A Christmas Carol. Whilst I am currently teaching this specific GCSE content, I am also well-versed in many other GCSE texts on the exam board. Therefore, if you have any children who may require some tutoring or assistance in these or other areas please do get in touch.

Availability: Some weekday evenings and weekend mornings.

Experience: 7+ years of teaching English in South East London Secondary schools.

Degrees in English with Film and Media (Brunel); PGCE in Secondary English (UCL) and Masters in Teaching (UCL). I have also completed an NPQML and am currently on a Lead Practitioner course. I am also currently a Head of Year.
