I am a passionate, enthusiastic, friendly freelance teacher with 8 years experience in primary and secondary schools, colleges, private language academies and freelance. I have a degree in Physics and am a qualified English teacher. I also have a full, clean DBS certificate that the parent(s)/guardian(s) of any students under 18 years are welcome to a copy of.

I have taught Physics, Maths, English as a second/foreign language and English for UK national curriculum, to students of all ages, groups and 1:1, online and in person, in England and Spain.

I believe lessons should be fun and entirely adapted to each student`s needs and aims. I believe all students are capable of achieving their goals, lessons just need to be developed to suit their learning style and speed.

I am able to offer classes via Skype or in person. I am located in the SO15 area, please message me to discuss whether there would be a travel charge of £5 for me to come to you.

Physics and Maths classes I offer, primary to A level:

I offer Physics and Astronomy KS3, GCSE and A Level classes. My degree dissertation was on astro-particle cosmology, looking at baryon acoustic oscillations (BAO) with the Dark Energy Survey. I worked for the South East Physics Network (SEPnet) for many years delivering physics, astronomy and maths workshops and classes, developing many myself during this time. I have also worked with the IoP on their Girls in STEM campaign. I have contacts in physics that I am willing to pass on to my A level students and knowledge of upcoming events that I can share with them.

- 30 minutes, £15
- 60 minutes, £30
- Help organising and setting up revision, free to students having classes or £10 for 20 minutes.
- Practice exams in full exam conditions followed by marking, feedback and revision points across 2 sessions (the length of session 1 = length of exam paper + 10 minutes, session 2 = 1 hour), £40
