I am a qualified Maths teacher and have worked in secondary schools for the past 15 years.
I moved to a local school 5 years ago and am the Assistant Curriculum Leader. I teach both KS3 and GCSE at Higher and Foundation levels. The exam results of my classes and those of the school as a whole have exceeded national averages for a number of years now.
In addition, I mark for the Edexcel board every year and therefore have an excellent understanding of exam requirements and the skills needed to maximise marks/grades.

Experience: I have done some private tutoring in the past where I have been asked to "help out". I now wish to expand on this and to be able to offer my services more widely, in particular to those who require one-one input to secure a target GCSE grade - whether this be a 4 to pass or higher (maybe to ensure access to being able to study A level at college).
