I make personalised lessons for each individual student to suit their ability and to push them higher! I also create a spreadsheet tracker for each student to track their progress. I find that this gives the student motivation and determines them to push themselves higher to a better grade! I want the student to feel comfortable with me so they don`t have any hesitance when asking questions about the work.
