We couldn’t be happier with the support Haydn has provided. He explains complex topics clearly, breaks problems down logically, and adapts his teaching to suit how our child learns. The biggest change has been confidence. Maths no longer feels overwhelming, and challenging questions are approached with far more resilience. Sessions are structured, focused, and encouraging, and communication with us has always been clear and professional. We would recommend Haydn without hesitation to any parent looking for a knowledgeable, supportive maths tutor who genuinely makes a difference.

Not as engaging as advertised. My son`s grades actually went down.

Thank you for your feedback. I`m sorry to hear about your son’s recent grades, as I always want to see the students I work with progressing and feeling confident in their maths.
The transition from Year 6 into Year 7 can be challenging, often involving significant adjustments to new expectations and assessment styles. Over the time we worked together, my role was to support and complement his school learning, with a focus on building understanding and confidence.
No concerns were raised with me during our time working together, and I would always have welcomed the opportunity to review progress or adjust the focus of sessions if needed.

Our son is studying for his A-Levels and is so far happy with Haydn. He is well-prepared, organised and communicative. He also provides good homework worksheets for practice at home. Our son is learning and enjoying his lessons.
