I am Lincolnshire born and bred. My qualifications include BA Hons in English from the University of Manchester (1976) and PGCE from the University of Sheffield. I am well-read, musical and a cat-lover!
Availability: Most evenings during term time.
Willing to travel: 3 miles
Experience: I am now semi-retired from a long teaching career in local secondary schools. An English specialist, I can offer tuition at GCSE in Language and Literature (1-9), and also in English Literature at Advanced Level. Students can expect a short consultation meeting free of charge, then an hourly rate of £30 an hour.
