I`m Harpreet and i`m currently completing my BSc Business Computing and IT (BCIT) at Aston University.

* Developing websites/graphics for clients, manage own eccommerce activity online, dispatching goods and book keeping all financial activity as well as sales/inventory.

CUSTOMER SALES ASSISTANT- SANCO Schoolwear June 2016 – September 2016

* Assisted and served customers during the busiest months of an Schoolwear business, performed daily stock takes, managed and sorted bulk-incoming deliveries, ordered new stock when needed, on the till work, enhancing sales by travelling to schools to directly sell to customers.

SALES ASSISTANT & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY & SYSTEMS- Allenby Bathrooms December 2013 - May 2015

* Served customers on and off the till, recommended customers on most suited products based on the customers needs, stock takes, ordering new stock when needed, contacting different suppliers to widen variety of products, liaise with local builders for them to use Allenby Bathrooms as an supplier, book keeping of sales invoice. (December 2013- January 2015)

* Used specialised knowledge on web development and IT to help developer make Allenby Bathroom’s website. Key player of eccommerce and business online activity, managing all online sales and dispatching ordered goods to customer, managed Allenby Bathrooms online profiles. Looked over software and hardware’s of computers connected to company’s extranet. (January 2015 – May 2015)

SPREADSHEET & GRAPHIC DESIGNING- Harry’s Fish Bar (Freelance) June 2014 - July 2015

* Produced spreadsheet documents (on shop’s stock/miscellaneous), produced logo’s/graphics requested by client, produced specialised book keeping templates and produced a proposed ordering system.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT- Ramada Encore Hotel June 2012 - July 2012

* Hotel was situated not far from where London Olympics took place, so this period was very busy. Worked in the reception area of the hotel, greeting and booking in customers, ensuring there were no double booking, answering and forwarding phone calls to the right department of the hotel, assist customers in any queries, ensure all customers left hotel satisfied with
service given.

PUNJABI TEACHER (SATURDAY`S) Nanaksar Gurdwara, Southall September 2011 - March 2015

* Teaching children the language Punjabi using interactive and visual means, pre planning lessons, producing interactive games/resources to distribute to children in order to help them learn faster and more effectively as well in a joyous manner. Evaluate student progress and move student to higher class when necessary, discuss progress with parents when needed and ensure students are progressing.
