Yoga is unique, it has been known to help one on many levels, physically, mentally, spiritually and great for general well-being. It encourages connection between your body, mind and breath. I am currently offering Pregnancy Yoga lessons via zoom (join from 14 weeks into your pregnancy).
As you begin or continue your Yoga journey, I am here to support and guide you throughout the process and help you to reach your own goals.


I am also a qualified Secondary School teacher (Religious Studies) and have many years of experience in the profession.
I am a dedicated teacher and enjoy supporting others to succeed. I am organised, motivated and solution focused, should you wish to develop your skills in Religious Studies I can be available to support this. I have spent many years guiding students to articulate their opinions/understanding into an exam answer/format, ensuring that the student is writing in accordance to the examination requirements in addition to understanding the content.

In addition to GCSE Religious Studies teaching I have helped students over the years overcome barriers to learning by listening to the individual and mentoring him/her with revision techniques. This is an area I also enjoy supporting students with, helping to break things down into techniques that are individually suited and helping them organise/manage their workload.
