Information about Eleanor

Hi my name is Eleanor, I am currently working towards a career in creative therapies for children and looking to study an MA in 2021. I am currently working part time for the NHS and run my own Floristry business along side this. I run my own workshops teaching people floristry skills to help give a basic introduction into what it`s like being a florist. I have a degree in Fine Art which I graduated from in 2016 from the university of Chichester. Prior to this I studied English Literature and Language at A-level which I enjoyed massively and have a continued passion for the literature. I would love to use my future endeavours in education and children studies to promote reading as a form of escapism and release in children and encourage local libraries as a fantastic source of free resources for education and pleasure.

Willing to travel: 20 miles

Experience: From September I am looking to work as a Learning Support Assistant in schools to provide children who struggle with a safe and supporting environment to progress. I have run my own workshops prior to now, working with a wide age range of students. The hands-on and encouraging approach is something I`ve had amazing feedback from and something I`m very proud of. I have enjoyed this element of my business the most and this is something that encouraged me to apply to be a personal tutor and look forward to career in education.
