Hi I`m Rebecca. I`ve recently completed a PhD in French studies at the University of Warwick where I taught French for three years at undergraduate level.

Availability: I am available Monday - Thursday evenings from 4pm - 9pm.

Willing to travel: Home Only

Experience: I have several years experience teaching and working in France and was previously employed full-time by the French embassy in London. I am happy to teach French at all levels (beginner, GCSE, A level or degree) as well as English to non-native speakers. As a native English speaker having gone through the UK system, I am aware of the challenges and demands that students experience both at GCSE and A level. My approach is to follow students` interests (sport, fashion, literature etc.) and to look at French via these channels as I believe students need to see how their skills can be transferred to real life situations.

I also completed a study abroad period in Spain and have taken classes at the Spanish Cultural Institute in London so would be happy to tutor students for GCSE Spanish as well.
