I am a fully qualified English teacher who has taught KS3, GCSE and A level English at a range of secondary schools in Dorset, West Sussex and Hampshire.

For the last two years I have been teaching English and grammar at a Middle School in South Korea.

Availability: I will be available for r 1-2 hour sessions mid-week and at weekends.

Experience: Whilst at secondary school myself I achieved an A* GCSE in English Literature and an A in Language. I also gained an A grade in my English Language and Literature A Level before choosing to study for a BA in English and Creative Writing at the University of Chichester.

After achieving a 2:1 at university I trained to become a teacher. In 2015 I completed my Post Graduate Certificate in Education and worked for a year as a Newly Qualified Teacher in Dorset.

I have experience preparing students for the new Grade 9-1 examinations at GCSE and have made resources for and
taught texts including; A Christmas Carol, The Sign of the Four, An Inspector Calls, Lord of the Flies, Macbeth, Romeo and Juliet, Othello, Jane Eyre and pre 1900s poetry.
