Over the years I have taught and privately tutored numerous students to A Level and GCSE success. I am currently Head of Economics, Business Studies and Finance in one of the countries leading independent schools.
Feedback from students always refers to my ability to break down complicated concepts into chunks that are relatable and easy to understand.
My lessons are taught through Economic theory, application to stimuli, real life case studies and continuous assessment.
My years of experience as an Economics examiner and my most recent role as Economics subject advisor means that I have an indepth understanding of the assessment procedure, and how to build A and A* answers.
This also means that I am familiar with the content and marking for all the major exam boards.
Availability: Friday morning
4- 5.30 Monday to Friday

Experience: I am a highly experienced and fully qualified Head of Business and Economics.
I have over 18 Years teaching experience and an excellent track record of improving results.
My approach to teaching is, to enable students to become independent learners, and build the confidence to tackle any exam questions.
In line with my managerial duties, I also hold the position of Examinations Subject Specialist(ESS), this involves supporting other teachers across the country in improving results.

Ngozi has proven to be a really reliable, patient and inspiring tutor for my son who is working for his A levels. He received a recent dyslexia diagnosis and has found the 1-2-1 support to date with Ngozi really valuable.

Ms Ngozi is absolutely fantastic. My brother was passionate about Economics and worked hard but his grades didn`t reflect that. Ms Ngozi was able to identify the areas of weakness and give him the structure and tools to make improvements. In his most recent mocks he achieved and A and was 2 marks from an A*. Where previously he would achieve a B but often a C. I am so glad we went with her amongst all the available tutors on this site.

I could not travel to the tutors home due to family circumstances also I had booked for teaching at my house. Lessons ended and I had to get another tutor.
