Information about Helen
I have been teaching Mathematics since 2006 and am taking a short break to bring up my little girl. I most recently held the position of Head of Department in an independent school for girls. My qualifications include an MMath, PhD, PGCE and Postgraduate Certificate in Education. I teach KS3, GCSE and A Level. I enjoy teaching students of all levels and abilities and work to improve their abilities and confidence, whilst also hoping to teach them to enjoy mathematics.
Availability: Evening lessons Monday and Tuesday with slots at 7.30 and 8.30pm. One off lessons possible at other times by arrangement.

Experience: I taught in a mixed comprehensive school in Nottinghamshire for five years and then an independent school for girls, holding positions of Key Stage 5 Coordinator, Second in Department and Head of Department.
