Information about Craig
I have successfully tutored A-level, GCSE and home-schooled Physics students.
I am skilled at teaching students from all ability levels, including those who are Oxbridge bound and students with complex learning needs. I have a knack for helping students who struggle or have less enthusiasm for Physics.
I am Head of Physics (6 years) at an independent school that was recently rated "Excellent" in all categories by ISI (equivalent to an "Outstanding" Ofsted rating). Our latest cohort of Physics GCSE students achieved 100% A*-B.
I previously worked at a large London Academy (6 years), which was rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted.
Availability: Evenings after 7pm.
Online tutoring available.
Due to the fact that I have small children, I am only available for tutoring at my house after they have gone to bed. However, my wife is also around so any waking children dont disrupt the tutoring sessions.
Willing to travel: Home Only
Experience: 13 years teaching Physics (GCSE and A-level), Science (KS3) and some Maths (KS3 and GCSE).
6 years Head of Physics.
4 years Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) Coordinator, mentoring new teachers.
